Biography
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during periods of change or uncertainty. However, I believe it’s possible to discover a lighter, more balanced existence, even in tough times. I work with clients in a non-judgmental way, helping to untangle negative thoughts and behaviors while guiding you toward a healthier path.
With my background in child and adolescent mental health, as well as brain injury rehabilitation, I’ve gained valuable insights from working in clinics and hospitals. I have a culturally sensitive, humanistic and solution focused approach using Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches. As a bicultural therapist speaking both English and Farsi, I understand how important it is to feel like you belong. I value diverse experiences and strive to create an environment where you can express yourself freely, build self-compassion, and make meaningful changes.
